4. After successfully completing the theoretical exam and obtaining satisfactory grades, the qualification for the type or Category of the Social CNH will be published in the Official State Gazette.

Important note: there is no longer a need for a person with a disability to present a certificate of release of the medical report.

The release will be the sole responsibility of the DETRAN medical expert.
